Refund policy

Return product

We can accept returnedproducts within 14 calendar days of receipt. If it has been longer since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you an exchange or refund.

If you would like to return the purchased product, please send it back with a copy of the invoice to reNEW Technologies Ltd.: 1139 Budapest, Lomb utca 15.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning it. Shipping costs are non-refundable, so if we refund the value of your purchase, you will receive a refund less the shipping costs. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product you want to replace to arrive may vary. 

If the value of the returned item is over $75, it is recommended to use tracking or parcel insurance. We cannot guarantee the arrival of the returned product. 
 

Purchase price refund
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you by email and refund the purchase price to the credit card used at the time of purchase within X days.

Late or non-receipt of refund
If the purchase price has not yet been refunded, please check your bank account again first and then contact your bank, as it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you have done all of the above and the purchase price has still not been refunded, please contact us at [email protected] email address.

Products on sale
Only products purchased at the original price are refundable, we are not able to refund promotional products.

Product exchange
We can only replace defective or damaged goods. If you wish to exchange a product please contact, please contact us at [email protected] and return the goods with a copy of the invoice to reNEW Technologies Kft.: 1139 Budapest, Lomb utca 15.

Gifts
If the product was ordered for you as a gift and we have shipped it directly to you, we will issue a gift card for the purchase price upon receipt of the returned product.

If you received the product as a gift, but the product was not delivered directly to you or was not ordered by the gift giver as a gift, the purchase price will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
