Delivery address
The delivery address can be your home address or even your work address, and in Hungary any delivery address can be used. The delivery address can be different from the billing address. The delivery address should be the address where the customer is most likely to be at the time of delivery.
Delivery deadline
Orders in our webshop are delivered by the Hungarian Postal Service or GLS, which you can choose when placing your order. Parcels are delivered on working days between 8 am and 5 pm. The courier service will attempt to deliver twice. Delivery time is 1-3 working days, depending on when the order was placed. The delivery time is 2 working days for orders placed before 7:00 am. For orders placed after this time, the delivery time is 3 working days. If it takes longer, please contact us at [email protected] email address.

The delivery charge includes the cost of packaging. For purchases over HUF 12,000, delivery by Hungarian Post (MPL) is free of charge. Delivery charges are valid for delivery within Hungary and include VAT.
Free home delivery for all orders over 12.000 HUF with the Hungarian Post.

Conditions for return (Withdrawal from the purchase)
The products ordered can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return of unopened products, preserved in their original condition, is at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by our webshop. To obtain a refund for returned products, please contact us at [email protected] and we will refund the price of the returned products within 8 working days.
Terms and conditions of the benefit
If the product you have purchased on our website does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt for a refund of the delivery charge. The 14-day return service does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling within 14 days, but is in addition to it for the benefit of CYCLE customers.
We will only accept the product to be returned if it has been used for its intended purpose and the use has not caused significant depreciation of the product. Our website reserves the right to refuse to accept products returned to us in unsatisfactory condition and/or with significant depreciation. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse to accept returned product(s) for one or more of the products returned by a user in significant numbers and/or on multiple or regular occasions if we detect or have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of the 14-day product return service.
