Environmental protection and sustainability are now essential for modern companies. CYCLE, we actively contribute to a green future not only through our products, but also through our communication strategy. Most recently, this work has been Green Pledge initiative, where we were awarded the Sustainable Marketing Communications Mark at the Marketing Summit on 19 September.
What does this recognition mean?
The Green Pledge is an initiative established by the Self-Regulatory Advertising Body (ÖRT), the Hungarian Marketing Association (MMSZ) and the Association of Hungarian Communication Agencies (MAKSZ) to encourage the advertising and marketing industry to operate in an environmentally conscious manner and avoid greenwashing.The programme, launched in 2022, aims to raise awareness of sustainable practices among industry players. And for the second year running, the Marketing Summit at MÜPA presented awards to companies that have excelled in practising green communication.
Green content category
A CYCLE a Green Content category, as our brand is not your average cleaning brand, but rather a movement for a greener future. Through blog posts, social media content and newsletters, we educate our consumers on how to create sustainable households. The 20-member jury decided on the basis of the case studies submitted. We will give priority to the April Children's Day campaignwhich included a drawing competition where children could design labels for our eco-friendly products. In connection with this, we organised a competition for designers to draw up designs for our products. UNICEF Climate Heroes event event, participants learned about environmentally friendly cleaning practices through quizzes. And the jury judged our educational sustainability content to have earned the Green Pledge mark.
This mark validates everything we do in the field of sustainability and guarantees that we are truly committed to the environment. It also signals to our customers that our products and campaigns are delivering real sustainability results.
