Shipping address

You can also enter your home or work address as a shipping address. Any shipping address can be entered within Hungary, and the shipping address may differ from the billing address.
When choosing a delivery address, it is worth specifying a location where the customer is most likely to be available at the expected delivery time.

Shipping methods and deadlines

Foxpost / Packeta – Parcel Points and Parcel Collection Points

We deliver your orders to Foxpost or Packeta parcel points and pickup locations.
Home delivery via Foxpost or Packeta is not available.

Expected delivery time for packages: 1–3 business days .
Courier services send a notification when the package is ready for collection.

MPL – Home delivery

Home delivery is carried out exclusively by Magyar Posta (MPL) .
Delivery takes place on working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
MPL makes two delivery attempts.

Delivery time for MPL:

  • 2 business days for orders placed before 7:00 AM

  • 3 business days for orders placed after 7:00 AM

Uniform pricing for all packages – both online and cash on delivery:

MPL – Home delivery

The current MPL fees remain unchanged.
The system automatically shows the exact shipping cost at checkout.

For orders over HUF 12,000, MPL home delivery is free.

Shipping fees include packaging costs and VAT and are valid only within Hungary.

Return conditions (Withdrawal from purchase)

Ordered products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Unopened, original condition products will be returned at the buyer's expense .

The purchase price of the returned product will be refunded within 8 working days of receipt.

Warranty and product return conditions

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days.
This option does not affect , but complements, the right of withdrawal provided for by law.

We can only accept the returned product if:

  • was used as intended,

  • did not cause a significant decrease in value,

  • returns in good condition.

Cycle reserves the right to reject abusive or regular returns.
