All prices listed on this page are quoted in EUR and includes the local country's VAT.

You will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties levied by your government, and we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out. We do our best to include all duties and taxes at checkout, but shipping to some countries may require customers to pay duties and taxes upon delivery due to carrier restrictions and local regulations.

Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 7am CET(Central European Time) to start processing on the same day. Delivery time usually takes 7-10 business days*. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. If there will be a change to your delivery date due to an issue with product availability, or other issue prior to the product being dispatched, we will contact you and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

*A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays

We offer a full-money back guarantee for all purchases on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. The money will be refunded within 8 -15 business days.

Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. Refunds are issued for the product price.
